Who we are. Atlas Studio, the trading name of Rory Kenneally (sole trader) makes Road Trips and is responsible for the data on this site.
What we collect. Only what you type into the sign-up: your email address, and the time you agreed. To stop people signing up many times, we briefly count sign-ups per internet address in memory. It's never written down. If you send an idea we keep the words and any name you give, and show them only once a person has read them. Votes are anonymous totals. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no cookies at all. We count visits per page and day and which site sent them, as totals with nothing about you.
Why. To tell you when Road Trips is ready to play. That's the only use. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. We never sell or share your details.
How long. Until you ask us to remove them, or until the game is out and we've told you. Nightly backup copies stay on the same server and are deleted after two weeks, so a removed address can last in those copies until then.
Your rights. You can see, correct or remove your details at any time: use the removal form, which works at once. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
Where. On our own server in the EU.
