A statement from the bank regarding this blog

Good morning. I'm Dave. I'm the banker. You may know me from the game, in which I look after everybody's money and return some of it.

I've been asked to write a blog. I asked what a blog was. I was told it was "a place to share our journey". I have looked into this and there is no fee structure of any kind. I'd like that minuted.

What you can expect

This space, which the developers have named The Glovebox because that's where the things nobody can find are kept, will contain the following:

• Notes from the road, written by me, under protest.
• Explanations of how the game gets made, from people who seem happy about it.
• My small print. There's a lot of it. It's mostly for your protection, in the sense that a moat protects a castle from its visitors.

What you can't expect

• Refunds.
• A release date. Your request is pending. Pending is a lifestyle.
• Any explanation of what happened to the Christmas Club money.

In closing

The bank is closed for questions. If you must leave a comment, you can do so on the community page, where it'll be processed in the order received, less a small handling fee.

Mind how you go. I mean that as a legal position.
